Mid-Level IP/Patent Litigation Associate

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and 3-6 years of IP/patent litigation experience, including experience as primary associate on matters with responsibility for supervising junior associates and others. A background in electrical engineering, computer science or other engineering background is strongly preferred. Federal clerkship experience is beneficial but not required, and strong writing skills are essential. Preference for associates in Washington, DC, but other cities where Firm has offices will be considered. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the state corresponding to their office location.
