Administrative role focusing on preparing documents, managing communications, and organizing schedules with professionalism and confidentiality. Activities include creating reports, presentations, and correspondence using software tools while maintaining records. May include arranging travel and/or coordination of meetings. The goal is to enhance communication and planning efficiency. At the business support level (B), this role may also provide secretarial/administrative support to nonexecutive employees through maintaining files, records, calendars and diaries. It may also support filing, tabulating, compiling correspondence, and photocopying and use of simple office productivity software.
