Chi - Structured Finance Associate

*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   The Finance practice of Mayer Brown LLP is seeking a midlevel to senior level associate with 4 to 8 years of experience to support the structured finance securitization practice. The successful candidate will have solid experience with asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance transactions, such as warehouse financing. Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials together with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience. We would like to hire for the Charlotte, Chicago or New York office. However, the team is very collaborative so we’re open to hiring candidates to work out of other U.S. offices. The salary for this position for the class of 2017 to 2021 is $310,000-$435,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate’s skills and experience level are different from those specified below.
