Environmental Litigation Associate

*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   This position has been relisted. The Philadelphia office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for an Environmental Litigation Attorney with 2-3 years of experience. Candidates are required to have exposure to state and federal environmental laws, including environmental compliance and regulations, environmental transactions, as well as environmental enforcement and litigation. Candidates should have strong legal research and writing skills, and should also be able to analyze the applicability of federal and state environmental statutory and regulatory requirements to a wide range of client issues. The ability to manage representation of clients in connection with sites requiring remedial action under state and federal laws, and represent clients in response to enforcement actions under varied environmental laws is required. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players and have outstanding academic and professional credentials. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
