Attorney – Business/Commercial Litigation

*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with significant business/commercial litigation experience as well as, ideally, substantive experience with products liability and other complex torts. This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, able to manage their own cases, and work with others within a litigation team. Experience: 3-6 years of substantive business/commercial litigation (required) Experience with breach of contract disputes, fraud, complex torts, including products liability, shareholder disputes, trade secret litigation and similar consumer protection statutes (preferred) Experience with real property disputes and trust and estate litigation (asset) Prior use and familiarity with Pro Law (asset) License: Licensed to practice law within the State of Florida (required) Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school (required) Benefits: Health Insurance 401(k) Flexible Scheduling Bonuses
