JOB DESCRIPTION: POSITION SUMMARY: Lead and manage product development, portfolio/lifecycle management and functional alignment of portfolio categories and sub-categories from a Marketing perspective. Lead the creation and development of market knowledge about customers, industry, competitors, and business performance. Lead and manage the understanding of end-use customer needs and the development and execution of go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with leaders from across the organization (Sales, Product Lifecycle Management, Business Units, IT, Marketing, Operations, etc.), to ensure customer requirements are understood and solutions to these needs pursued. POSITION PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead product portfolio plans within the framework of overall enterprise goals, supporting customer-centric, segment-driven strategies. Develop comprehensive business cases and business processes. Integrate product management as members of multi-disciplined teams and provide technical liaison support and marketing representation through stage gate approval processes. Lead development of product specifications Serve as key delivery partner to marketing function, for go-to-market strategies, launches, communications and positioning associated with relevant target segments. Lead thorough understanding and communication of customer segment requirements across functions Manage the development and execution of comprehensive strategies to achieve solutions to targeted customer segment needs: including product positioning, marketing programs and services, sales promotions, channel needs, etc. . Serve as enterprise contact for portfolio inquiries from internal delivery partners,RbA Retail Locations and AW field sales. Achieve customer segment volume and share, for new product launch and customer loyalty targets. Develop metrics and reporting to gauge ongoing progress against strategic, business and tactical (i.e. promotion) initiatives Responsible for recommendations associated with product lifecycle management inclusive of portfolio, product positioning, pricing, quality, line extensions and product solutions DIRECTION OF OTHERS: Manage Product Management and Product Marketing Teams. Works cross functionally with RDI, Mfg. and marketing teams. Provide development plans, performance reviews, training, leadership, career development and conflict resolution. Empower employees to perform assigned work by providing resources, tools and authority as necessary. Also provide leadership toward accomplishment of personal, professional and corporate goals and encourage teamwork between groups. Frequent presentations to senior and executive management. POSITION MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: Four-year college degree in business, marketing or engineering. MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business/Product Leadership with 3 or more years’ experience managing others. High-level analytical, research, product knowledge, and project management skills. Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to set direction for the marketing decision support requirements and manage resources to achieve goals and objectives on schedule. Leadership and team building skills to teach, train and develop department capabilities. POSITION NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: Experience identifying and implementing customer value projects. Influence, management and negotiation skills to work cross-functionally with internal partners and clients COMPENSATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. This role is eligible for variable incentives. PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
