Whiteford’s Falls Church, Virginia office is seeking an associate to join its thriving bankruptcy practice. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in financial restructuring, bankruptcy, and commercial transactions or have completed a bankruptcy court clerkship. Must possess excellent research and writing skills as well as an outstanding academic record. Admission to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia is preferred.
