Nyc Mid-Level/Senior Corporate Associate

Our Capital Markets & Corporate Department seeks an Associate with 5-6 years of corporate law firm experience, including some or all of the following: private equity, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, joint ventures, general corporate and commercial agreements. This position offers the opportunity for significant responsibility and client contact. Successful candidates should possess excellent drafting and analytical skills, great attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and people, at times across offices. Superior academic credentials and admission to the New York Bar are required. Large or mid-size law firm experience preferred. We currently expect 3 days in-office, including Wednesdays. The salary range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $285,000 and a maximum of $305,000 annually.
