General Liability Attorney

*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   The New Jersey office of McGivney, Kluger, Clark & Intoccia, P.C. is actively seeking an experienced attorney – partner, or counsel level – to join its General Liability Department. The ideal candidate would have at least five (5) to ten (10) years of experience analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions, regarding both first-party and third-party matters. The candidate would have experience in insurance coverage litigation on behalf of insurers, and ideally would also have experience in construction litigation, including construction defect and bodily injury matters. Jury trial experience is a plus but is not required. The attorney must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and in New York.
