Position Summary The Executive Assistant provides high-level support to a team of attorneys and directors by providing a wide range of complex technical, document processing and administrative services in the assigned department. The successful candidate will effectively manage all aspects of the professional responsibilities of the assigned attorneys and directors. In addition to supporting attorneys and directors, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing a team of Legislative Assistants, providing guidance, oversight, and coordination to ensure the team operates efficiently and meets the demands of the practice group. This includes delegating tasks, monitoring workloads, and serving as the primary point of escalation for the Legislative Assistant team. Candidate should be flexible to work overtime as needed. Key Responsibilities Manages and maintains busy calendar, email and telephone; schedules appointments Prepares and organizes travel arrangements Maintains client files, updates contact lists Drafts letters and correspondence (including word processing and proof reading) Conserves attorneys and directors time by reading, researching and routing correspondence Monitors, screens, responds to and distributes incoming communication Processes reimbursement expenses, heavy expenditure reporting and credit card reconciliation Manages client billing and collections, time entry Heavy client contact for coordination and to assist with the management of client relationships Supervises and manages a team of Legislative Assistants, including assigning and delegating work, monitoring performance, providing day-to-day guidance, and serving as the primary point of escalation for team-related matters Coordinates workflow between Legislative Assistants and attorneys/directors to ensure timely and efficient completion of assignments Assis
