Wilmington - M&A Mid-Level Associate

The Wilmington M&A/Corporate Group is seeking mid-level associates (Class of 2022-2020) with experience in mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactions, as well as general corporate and alternative entity law matters. The M&A/Corporate Group of Skadden represents and advises clients in a wide variety of transactional and other corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private equity investments, joint ventures and restructurings. We also advise clients
