Real Estate/Land Use Legal Assistant OR Paralegal

Our firm is seeking a Real Estate/Land Use Legal Assistant or Paralegal who is highly motivated with a minimum of 2 years prior experience in Land Use, Residential, and Commercial Real Estate Qualification and Responsibilities: Must have AT LEAST 1 year of experience working in a law office setting Must be available to work in the office at our Toms River location Real Estate Law Land Use and Zoning Wills and Estates Experience with review of Contracts to Closing Documents Experience with Title Companies Ability to prioritize and multitask Manage firm calendar Detail oriented Excellent oral, organizational, writing, and proofreading skills Ability to track and meet deadlines and closing dates Accepts direction with ease Time Matters and PC Law (Preferred)
