Collections Attorney

Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC, a mid-size law firm in Edina, MN seeks a highly motivated attorney for its general litigation practice, focusing on commercial and individual debt collection. Experience with collection litigation is required. Experience in mortgage, mechanics lien and homeowners association lien foreclosure a plus. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience and possess a competitive attitude, excellent communication and writing skills.
