*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE Location: North Atlanta Area (Hybrid or Remote Eligible once requirements are met) Firm: Rubin Lublin, LLC Industry: Legal Services – Real Estate and Creditors’ Rights Position Overview Rubin Lublin, LLC is seeking a bright and motivated Associate Attorney (Litigation) with 0–4 years of experience to join our Real Estate Litigation Department. This role provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with hybrid or remote flexibility once training and performance benchmarks are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage litigation deadlines efficiently and proactively. Draft, review, and revise pleadings including complaints, motions, and discovery requests. Prepare discovery and responses well in advance of deadlines. Attend and represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal staff. Maintain a minimum of 155 billable hours per month (1,860 annually). Perform legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve department goals. Qualifications and Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Georgia or Tennessee (licenses in Alabama and/or Mississippi are a plus). 0–4 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate or civil litigation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong self-management, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines.
