Estate, Trust and Probate Litigation Paralegal - Columbus, Ohio

Reminger Co., LPA is seeking a paralegal in the Columbus office for its Estate, Trust and Probate Litigation practice group. This is a hybrid position, offering remote work from home two days per week. About Our Firm: Reminger is a full-service law firm with over 160 attorneys and 15 offices, servicing clients throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky in over 30+ practice groups What We’re Looking for: Familiarity or prior experience with probate, estate administration, guardianships, real estate, or litigation preferred but not required Strong organizational and case management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently Bachelor's Degree, Associate’s Degree, or Paralegal Certification preferred but not required What You’ll Do: Assist attorneys in managing case files Prepare forms and applications for estate administration and guardianship files Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties Prepare and issue subpoenas and organize evidence produced Schedule meetings, maintain case calendars, file documents with the Court
