Paralegal - Estate Planning

Experience drafting trusts and estates documents is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in estate planning. Candidates must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Duties include, but are not limited to, drafting of simple and complex wills; life insurance trusts; revocable living trusts and other complex trusts; powers of attorney; and other estate planning documents. Candidates should be comfortable multi-tasking and have the willingness to take initiative and work independently whilst performing as part of a team. Position Requirements: Two or more years of experience working as a paralegal with extensive document drafting experience, estate planning experience preferred. Credentialed as a NALA Certified Paralegal, or willingness to work towards certification. Proficiency using Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to write, speak, and interact clearly and professionally. Energetic and responsive. Extremely organized with strong multi-tasking and time-management skills. Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year university required.Ability to work in-office from 8:30a-5:00p Mon-Fri and overtime as is needed. Location: Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.
