*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE We are looking for a staff attorney with experience in high-stakes litigation to join our ranks. A successful candidate will possess a strong academic record from an accredited law school, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and active membership in the California or New York State Bar; 2-4 years’ experience in complex commercial litigation in matters including, but not limited to, trademark/copyright, trade secrets, antitrust, and class actions; and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Success in this position requires a positive, energetic attitude, high attention to detail, and a dedicated work ethic. In addition to the above credentials, we are looking for someone who has experience with and possesses the following qualities: •Reviewing documents for responsiveness, relevance, privilege, and other issues •Devising and running searches in Relativity to identify relevant documents •Conducting legal research and assisting in finalizing and filing briefs and other court submissions •Familiar with ESI and large-scale document reviews •Proficiency with the Relativity document review platform, Westlaw, and Microsoft Office •Can effectively communicate findings in clear oral and written summaries •Assisting litigation team with additional projects on an as-needed basis •Collaborating across various teams Who We Are BraunHagey & Borden LLP is a litigation and corporate boutique based in San Francisco and New York that represents leading emerging and high growth companies across a variety of fields with a focus on food, beverage, health and wellness, and at the intersection of consumer, sustainability and tech.
