KingSpry Law Offices, an award-winning workplace, seeks to fill a full-time employment labor attorney position. A successful candidate will possess at least three years of employment and labor law experience. Candidate should have a strong employment litigation background, be capable of working independently, be a self-starter, have strong resolution facilitation skills, and work effectively with clients and others in the firm. Experience in public-sector bargaining, including negotiating CBAs and conducting fact-findings, arbitrations, mediations, and representing all or any of the following public bodies or their employees – schools, police, and municipalities is a plus but not a requirement. Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Ideally, the candidate would have their own book of business, but this is not a prerequisite. Job Type: Full-time, In-office for the first 90 days, a hybrid model thereafter.
