About The Role This is a telecommuting role offering the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the United States. The primary responsibility is to accurately input patient information related to benefits and billing into the company's system. The role involves operating data entry devices and performing various data entry tasks across functions such as Claims and Network Operations. The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm CST. Employees may be required to work occasional overtime based on business needs. For employees located in Minneapolis, Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C., a minimum of four days per week in the office is mandatory. This role offers on-the-job training, with training hours scheduled from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.
