Our Real Estate group is seeking an experienced commercial real estate attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our rapidly growing team. Qualified candidate should have experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements and loan documents. Candidate should have strong experience in direct client interaction and must be able to communicate effectively. Candidate must possess great business sense and be a thoughtful and decisive decision maker. Candidate also must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a highly structured, fast-paced environment while meeting rigorous deadlines. The firm’s Real Estate Practice Group is a national commercial transactional practice advising prominent developers, financial institutions, real estate investment firms, real estate investment trusts and private clients in the completion of sophisticated real estate transactions, as well as commercial lending and borrowing.
