Associate – Litigation

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five years of litigation experience in New York State. The ideal candidate will have significant courtroom experience, strong legal writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage cases independently from inception through resolution. Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and negotiationsDraft complaints, motions, briefs, and memorandaConduct legal research and develop case strategyRepresent clients in hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trialsMaintain strong client communication and manage a dynamic caseload Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law schoolAdmitted and in good standing with the New York State BarMinimum of 5 years of New York litigation experienceStrong oral advocacy and legal writing skillsAbility to manage matters independently and meet deadlines
