Corporate/Transactional Attorney

We would like to add one or more corporate, M&A, and corporate transaction lawyers to our team. Partner, counsel, or attorney candidates with 10+ years of experience and some business preferred. This is a tremendous opportunity for a corporate lawyer with good client relationships and skills. Qualifications: Juris Doctor Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based or willing to complete process to waive into Colorado Bar. Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment. Position type: Full-Time/Regular Salary Range: For attorneys or counsel, salary range is $205,000 to $230,000, based on experience.
