Civil Litigation Attorney

There is an opening in our busy Newport Beach office for a litigation attorney. Minimum requirements to be considered for the position: JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school Active member in good standing with the California State Bar Litigation experience in insurance defense preferred but not required Responsibilities include motion practice, discovery disputes,conducting depositions, making court experiences and trial preparation.
