Healthcare Attorney

The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of healthcare transactional experience in a law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career in healthcare law with mentorship from experienced partners. Responsibilities: Assist in advising healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical practices on regulatory compliance issues. Support senior attorneys in transactional matters such as practice acquisitions, employment agreements, and joint ventures. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, contracts, and other legal documents. Participate in client meetings and assist in developing compliance strategies and risk assessments. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school. Admission to the New Jersey Bar required. Admission to the New York Bar is a plus. 5-8+ years of experience in healthcare law. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated interest in healthcare law.
