Attorney-Business and Commercial Associate

*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 23 offices in 11 states, has an immediate opportunity for an associate to join our Business and Commercial practice group in our St. Louis office. This position can also be remote, based out of Kansas City, Kansas. We work hard to resolve disputes before they turn into lawsuits. For our clients, litigation can be costly and disruptive, so we focus on creative solutions and early negotiations to settle issues quickly. If a lawsuit is necessary, our experienced commercial litigation team uses practical, business-focused strategies to achieve the best possible outcome efficiently. With decades of experience handling complex disputes for businesses, executives, investors, financial institutions, and nonprofits—often across multiple jurisdictions—we know how to navigate even the toughest cases. THE QUALIFICATIONS Qualified candidates will be admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas, have 3+ years of experience with contract drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution, writes effectively and thinks strategically.
