Labor & Employment Attorney (4- 9 years of experience)- New Jersey

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time opportunity in the Labor & Employment Practice of our New Jersey office for a Mid-Level or Senior Associate with 4-9 years of experience. GT is consistently among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100; the Labor & Employment attorney will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country. Job Requirements: Ideal candidates will have deep experience in employment litigation, drafting employment agreements and handbooks, counseling, negotiating and litigating restrictive covenants in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York, including orders to show cause. Qualified candidates will have excellent academic performance in law school, strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills and must pay attention to detail. The expected pay range for this position is: $215,000 - $260,000 Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
