Leasing - Associate (Mid to Senior Level)

Greenberg Traurig, an international Am Law Global 100 firm, is seeking a Leasing Associate to join its national leasing practice. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated individual from a law firm or in-house to join a growing, nationally acclaimed leasing practice that advises sophisticated, top-tier clients on high-profile transactions. The Associate will gain meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and a path to advancement in a shareholder-track position. Ideal candidates must be collaborative, have strong academic credentials, and 3-8 years of experience negotiating and drafting retail and office leases. Outstanding writing, communication, client-service, and teamwork skills are essential. Candidates must be admitted to the NYS bar.
