Your Role: Attorney – Nursing Home & Medical Malpractice Defense As an Attorney in our Nursing Home and Medical Malpractice Defense practice, you will play a key role in handling complex healthcare litigation matters. Your responsibilities include: Case Strategy & Litigation Management: Evaluating case findings and developing strategic defense arguments for trial. Client Counseling & Risk Assessment: Advising clients on litigation risks, case strategy, and legal obligations. Courtroom & Mediation Advocacy: Preparing for and attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Legal Research & Writing: Drafting legal motions, discovery responses, and trial documents to support client defense strategies. Discovery & Case Preparation: Conducting medical record reviews, working with expert witnesses, and building strong case strategies. What You Bring To excel in this role, you should have: Experience: 3-5+ years of experience handling Nursing Home and/or Medical Malpractice defense litigation preferred.
