Dental/Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney – New York City

*** Non Recruiters Job ***   Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in Dental/Medical Malpractice defense litigation. Key Responsibilities: • Represent clients in defense litigation cases involving Dental/Medical Malpractice. • Conduct thorough legal research and develop effective case strategies. • Draft legal documents, including motions and briefs. • Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions (virtually or in-person as required). • Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes. • Advise clients on risk management, compliance, and best practices in litigation defense.
