Employment Litigation Associate

IMW attorneys are trial lawyers. The Los Angeles office is seeking an employment litigation associate with 0 - 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to motions, propounding and responding to written discovery, preparing for depositions, and trial/arbitration preparation. Requirements include a high level of academic achievement, strong oral advocacy and writing skills, and law firm experience with billable hour requirements. Law journal, moot court or mock trial experience preferred. Admission to the State Bar of California is required.
