Experienced Trust and Estates Attorney

Private Client Services practice is seeking to add a Trust and Estates attorney. Summary of role includes reviewing and revising client estate plans to ensure compliance with state and federal tax laws. The attorney will prepare and review state and federal estate tax returns, gift tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns. Requirements Knowledge of estate planning and eagerness to learn and work with attorneys to meet the goals and objectives of our clients. Admittance into the Massachusetts Bar is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Superior client service skills. This is an in-person role; salary is commensurate with experience. Compensation includes bonus opportunity.
