Goodwin is seeking a Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM) to drive adoption of technology products and digital transformation initiatives across the firm. This role is responsible for developing and executing change strategies that ensure successful implementation and sustained use of new tools, systems, and ways of working. The Manager will focus on communications, training, and user adoption, partnering closely with product, project, and business teams to deliver engaging, effective, and measurable change programs that maximize business value. What You Will Do: Change Strategy & Planning Develop and execute OCM strategies and plans for technology initiatives and digital transformation programs Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations Identify change risks and define mitigation strategies to support successful adoption Communications Create and deliver clear, compelling communication plans tailored to diverse audiences (attorneys, business professionals, leadership) Develop messaging that articulates the “why,” benefits, and impact of change initiatives Manage communication channels (e.g., email, intranet, town halls, leadership updates) to ensure consistent and timely messaging Training & Enablement Design and deliver role-based training programs (live sessions, e-learning, job aids, and guides) Partner with subject matter experts to develop relevant, practical training content Ensure training approaches align with user needs and learning preferences Coordinate and support training delivery, including scheduling, facilitation, and feedback collection User Adoption & Engagement Drive user adoption strategies, including champion networks, feedback loops, and reinforcement activities Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to identify gaps and opportunities Develop targeted interventions to inc
