The firm is actively seeking attorneys to join the firm in its ultra-high-net-worth Business and Planning Practice Group, which is led by Michaelle Rafferty. The demand for Nevada legal services in this field, coupled with the firm’s deep technical sophistication with respect to all matters involving complex estate planning and its reputation for providing excellent professional legal services, have enabled the firm to now proudly provide legal services to countless clients, many of whom are known nationally and/or worldwide. Work in this practice area would include, but would not be limited to, setting up private family trust companies, drafting trusts and other instruments, conducting trust decanting and reformation planning, researching technical tax and estate planning issues, and working collaboratively with the firm’s accomplished and experienced practitioners in other areas (e.g., real estate, M&A, and litigation) to provide excellent service to its clientele.
