We are looking for a legal partner who brings both strategic insight and sensitivity to one of the most impactful areas of law—family law and divorce litigation. About Our Practice: Our Family Law/Divorce practice is comprehensive, handling a broad spectrum of domestic matters including: • Complex marital dissolutions and legal separations • Child custody agreements and parenting plans • Prenuptial, postnuptial, and non-traditional partnership agreements • Post-divorce modifications, including spousal maintenance, child custody, and support • Paternity determinations and related litigation We frequently represent clients with substantial marital estates, requiring strategic handling of business valuations, real estate, and high-value asset division, including long-held family wealth. We are looking for an attorney with a solid track record in family law who can: • Navigate high-net-worth divorces with financial complexity • Provide clear, empathetic guidance to clients facing emotionally charged issues • Advocate skillfully in court while also exploring amicable resolutions when possible • Demonstrate experience in crafting favorable custody and support outcomes • Prioritize preserving client assets and achieving equitable property divisions Why Join McDowell Rice?
