Commercial Litigation Associate

Commercial Litigation Associate Wilmington, Delaware Attorney Commercial Litigation Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP seeks a highly motivated mid-level to senior-level associate to join the firm’s expanding Commercial Litigation practice. Associates will work closely within our litigation teams for national and regional clients to handle complex litigation matters in Delaware’s federal and state courts. Applicants should have a demonstrated interest in trial practice involving complex cases, including intellectual property and related disputes, and significant experience researching, analyzing, and briefing complex legal issues. Delaware bar admission is preferred, but candidates willing to take the Delaware Bar Exam will also be considered.
