Dinsmore has immediate opportunities available for Partners and Associates in our Tax, Benefits, and Wealth Planning Practice Group in the Indianapolis office. Associate candidates must have a minimum of six years of experience with counseling clients and assisting in estate planning, trust and estate administration, fiduciary services, and general corporate matters. A background in contract drafting and business succession planning would be a plus. The ideal candidates would possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team and would be interested in an important role contributing to the long-term succession and growth of our Tax, Benefits, and Wealth Planning practice. Qualified candidates can look forward to a collegial practice environment that will include sophisticated estate and wealth planning, business succession planning, fiduciary representation, and estate and trust administration, with significant client contact. A license to practice in Indiana is required, with an Illinois license preferred. Out of state candidates who are either willing to sit for the Indiana bar exam or eligible for admission in Indiana will be considered. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Competitive salary, benefits, plus bonus potential.
