Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join our Title and Closing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving title exceptions and ensuring that all transactions result in insurable or marketable title. You will also coordinate closings, prepare key legal documents, and work closely with attorneys, clients, and purchaser’s counsel throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Review title reports and identify, track, and clear title exceptions in pre- and post-foreclosure matters Communicate with firm attorneys, clients, title companies, and purchaser’s counsel to facilitate successful closings Prepare and review closing documentation, including closing statements, reports of sale, and deeds Coordinate on-site and remote closings in accordance with client and investor requirements Draft and send correspondence such as Time of the Essence letters and congratulatory notices to purchasers Request and follow up on purchaser title reports and other supporting documentation Maintain compliance with firm, client, and investor timelines and guidelines Support other title specialists and team members when needed to ensure workflow efficiency Maintain accurate internal records and update systems with status reports, notes, and document tracking What You Bring Minimum 1+ years of experience in title, real estate, or foreclosure processing Strong working knowledge of title reports, real estate closing procedures, and post-foreclosure transactions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, an
