The position involves a diverse commercial litigation practice that includes some insurance defense but with emphasis on business disputes, real estate and construction matters, and complex contract litigation. Position Overview The successful candidate will represent regional and national clients in a wide variety of matters, including: The associate will take on significant responsibility early, including drafting motions and pleadings, managing discovery, conducting depositions, preparing witnesses, and supporting trials and arbitrations in both state and federal courts.
