Join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Team as a Legal Project Manager. This role can be based in our Atlanta, Northern Virginia, or Philadelphia office. Position Summary The Legal Project Manager (LPM) is responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex legal and operational initiatives. Working closely with attorneys, practice leadership, IT, finance, and client stakeholders, the LPM ensures alignment with firm strategy, operational excellence, and client expectations. In addition to project execution, this role serves as a strategic partner in advancing legal operations maturity, supporting matter management discipline, and portfolio governance across the firm. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Defines project objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and success metrics in partnership with sponsors Develops project charters, detailed workplans, and delivery roadmaps Leads geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes Executes projects across multiple delivery models, including Agile, hybrid, and traditional frameworks Leads coordinated delivery across testing, deployment, and adoption readiness Stakeholder Management Serves as a strategic partner and key point of contact for stakeholders, including Practice Group Managers, Shareholders, and Executive Leadership Communicates project statuses, risks, and issues to leadership, translating challenges into actionable plans Facilitates stakeholder meetings, training sessions, and team engagements Portfolio Management & Governance Manages the intake, triage, and prioritization of operational initiatives Drives and influences portfolio-level planning, prioritization, and execution Delivers ex
