We are actively seeking an experienced Patent Attorney with 3+ years of relevant practice to join our team. Key Responsibilities Draft, prosecute, and manage domestic and international patent applications (including PCT filings and national-phase entries) Conduct patentability searches, freedom-to-operate analyses, invalidity assessments, and non-infringement opinions Develop and execute strategic IP portfolio management for clients, including continuation/CIP strategies, defensive publications, and global filing optimization Counsel clients on complex issues under 35 U.S.C. §§ 101, 102, 103, and 112 Collaborate on post-grant proceedings (IPR, PGR, ex parte reexamination) and patent litigation matters. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, business-focused advice Qualifications & Requirements J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Active membership in good standing of at least one state bar Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO Registration Number required) 3+ years of patent prosecution experience (law firm preferred; in-house experience considered) Strong technical background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or closely related field. Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to explain sophisticated technologies to examiners, clients, and non-technical stakeholders.
