This position supports our San Francisco office. The Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant/Junior Paralegal is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and word-processing duties while exercising judgment in managing work priorities with minimal supervision. Strong legal and administrative skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and perform well under strict deadlines. This role also includes responsibilities for junior paralegal projects. Additional responsibilities include preparation and submission of ECF filings, and handling general administrative duties such as travel arrangements, calendaring, expense reconciliation, time entry, and meeting coordination, with efficiency and proactivity. A minimum of three (3) years of legal secretarial and administrative experience is required. Prior knowledge of citation/court rules and litigation procedures is preferred but not required. A paralegal certificate is preferred but not required. Assist with other duties as assigned. The candidate must be a team player who works collaboratively and cooperatively with others, highly organized, a self-starter, and extremely detail-oriented. Must be flexible to handle changing priorities, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, demonstrating a high level of professionalism. The ability to maintain and understand the attorney-client relationship is crucial in this role. The annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $85,000. The position offers a hybrid schedule.
