Tax Associate

Lowenstein Sandler’s Tax practice is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join the team in our New York City or Roseland, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have diverse experience across a broad range of tax matters, with particular expertise in funds-focused and M&A-related tax issues. The incumbent should be capable of advising on the tax aspects of complex transactions, including fund formation, structuring, and operations; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; and cross-border investments and acquisitions. Additionally, they should have experience providing tax guidance to startups and their founders. Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients are essential.
